Miranda Rae is a family beach photographer on Florida's Gulf Coast. Her sessions are relaxed and playful: walking hand in hand, splashing at the water's edge, piggyback rides, little ones running to Mom and Dad. You don't need to know how to pose. Family beach photo questions

How much does a family beach photographer cost?

Miranda's Family Session is $250 for up to 15 people, with 35+ edited photos. The Deluxe Session is $325 with 75+ min, 50+ edited photos and two locations. Smaller sessions are also available.

Which beaches do you photograph families at?

Panama City Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, St. George Island, Destin and 30A, including Santa Rosa Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach and WaterColor.

What time of day is best for family beach photos?

Sunset is the favorite, with soft golden light and warm colors. Sunrise is just as pretty, cooler and quieter, and a great pick for little ones who wake up early or if your sunset date is taken.

My kids won't sit still. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Miranda's sessions are relaxed and full of movement, so wiggly toddlers and shy kids are welcome. Some of the best photos come from the in-between moments.

What should our family wear for beach photos?

Soft, coordinating colors look best, like creams, whites, light blues, blush or sage. Flowy dresses and linen work great. Skip loud logos and matching everyone exactly.

We have a big family. Can everyone be in the photos?

Yes. The Family Session covers up to 15 people. Even bigger group? Just tell Miranda your headcount. Miranda will get the big group shot plus smaller groups like each family and the grandkids.
